transmission issues

What is your question?

automatic transmission. the shift pattern is off. 1st time it changes gears is appr. 35 mph. it wont change gears again until 70 mph. if my speed drops to 69 it shifts back down into lower gear.. fluid is good and new filter and seals. had it tested several times by computer and there are no error codes yet it is not shifting properly.
