What is your question?
My Tacoma use to have very good acceleration. I could get up to cruising speed in a few seconds. Yesterday it lost all acceleration. When I put the pedal to the floor there is absolutely no "get up and go". It putts along and when it changes gears (auto transmission) rpms seem to drop. Please help me. The check engine light isn't on and I haven't checked for codes.

Need more info to give a good answer. First I would attach a fuel pressure gauge and see if the pressure is dropping when it dies. If pressure is good you can rule out a lot of possible failure points. If it's low the fuel pump is a likely culprit. It could be a vacuum leak causing un-metered air to come into the engine. Could be a mechanical failure in the peddle or throttle cable. Could be a restriction in the exhaust. Could be a failing ignition system. Could be a restriction in the air intake. Could be bad gas. Could be a few other weird answers that I won't even put down because they are very unlikely. You probably need to start gathering more info so you can rule out some items and narrow down your search.
