Battery went dead,have an after market alarm would like to know if there's a resetbutt

On that needs to be pushed because got another battery,hooked it up,and have leash lights,headlights just doesn't turn over. Alarm was on the truck when I bought it and has long quit working. It's still wired up so if anyone has any help would appreciate it,thanks..
