Troubleshooter, My Truck Want Start, Turns Over Strong, but doesn't do nothing,

Come home last night only to find today my Truck want start, once few years ago leaving work it want start, had it Towed to Mechanic, problem: wire coming off the battery was traced found broken under neath truck, today went to leave Truck want start, strong battery, alternator, just turning over with no sound like it's trying to start, it just happens, Repairs in the past,replaced ignition switch, repaired lose Shifter appreciate any expertise thanks Raymond

What makes this problem better or worse?
