this truck miss fire on # 4 cylder, i did chge new plugs, set of wires,and 1 ignition coil on #4, still miss fire #4 what else can be the problem. need help and any other have a relative problem? all cylder compression good 180psi.

Make sure that the ignition signal is getting to that cylinder, have you checked to see if spark is coming out of that wire? If not, and you replaced the coil for that cylinder, then you need to check the ignition signal to the coil. below is a website that will have the repair info that you need. look for the wiring diagram that controls the spark signal to the coils, it will be under engine performance. Also, make sure that your valves aren't too tight, because if they are, you can still get a decent compression reading, but when the engine gets really hot, the valve may not close all the way, and that will cause misfire. Also, make sure that you do not have any vacuum leaks near that cylinder, as that too will cause a misfire for the nearest cylinder to the leak. http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online
