Have a 97 tacoma 2.4 lights started pulsating while driving. Now wont start cranks over has spark to each cylinder and injectors are firing battery is good. Just wont start.

Hello, how fast is the engine cranking over? When the lights were pulsating, it sounds like there could have been evidence of a charging system or electrical system concern. But, this wouldn't make sense for the "no start" situation unless the engine was cranking too slow now to start.
Spark, fuel, proper amounts of air to the intake, engine timing, engine compression, exhaust flow and emission controls are all needed to be working proper to start the engine, as well all circuit protection being intact and electrical systems for the engine's processor.
Something is clearly missing, but hands on testing is needed to find out what that is.
