engine wont kick out of high idle after its warmed up, eng light doesnt come on

What is your question?

this was intermittent at first, now it seems to happen after it's warm. It idles fast at about 2200 rpm and up, smells rich, and will cut out sometimes when taking a corner. If it is shut off while in high idle, it will not start again until it has sat for 20 minutes or more. I've cleaned the IAC valve and that didn't solve the problem. Could it be something else, or is the IAC just bad?
