P1300 is ignitor circuit malfunction. Code is set when there is no IGF signal to ECM for 6 consecutive IGT signals during engine operation. Possible causes are IGF or IGT open or short circuit from ignitor to ECM, or ignitor or ECM. Sounds like you need further diagnostics to determine which one is the exact cause of your code.
A proper diagnosis by a reputable shop will be beneficial. Any parts store offering free 'code pulling' is, in fact, worthless. All they did was give you a code that they no thing about, why it came on, or where to look to check for the source of the problem.
