My 95 toyota tacoma was in the river wat do i need to change?

once your vehicle becomes a submarine, many things have to be done. every fluid has to be changed immediately or rust will destroy vital parts. every connection has to be seaparted and cleaned and dye electric grease applied to prevent rust. more than likely every computer has been destroyed or will be shortly for shorting. water and electricity just dont get along well at all.cap and rotr, possibly the distributor as well has to be replaced. plugs must be removed and engine cranked to pump out water from cylinders. then add oil to lube cylinder walls and rings. like I said, tons of work. dont want to be a pessimist, but most likely it would be cheaper to replace the vehicle. not to mention the mold that will follow.
