Door won't open from the outside.

What is your question?

My friend has a truck, and she can only open the door, by using the handle on the inside. When you pull on the handle outside, it doesn't even feel like its pulling on anything. Many times she has to leave her window down, or climb in through the back window just to get in. How do we fix this?
