Sorry, but maybe should have had professional shop check for exact source of prob before throwing parts at the vehicle. That can be way more expensive than paying for diagnostics unless you are a good guesser. Would need some info as to when it runs hot how are you driving, what speed, stop and go, with or without a/c on, etc. What parts did you replace?
headgaskets was replaced, the owner putted a new raditor on it,the mechanic took thermostat out of it,it runs hot y driving at 45mph..new water pump anw new raditor cap
first of all, no thermostat will blow head gaskets. you must have a thermostat for the system to work. how about the fan on the water pump?? did anyone do a leak down test on the cylinders to confirm your gaskets or a cracked head?? I would start from there and move forward. I would not return to the guy that took out the thermostat. Roy
the fan is working and there no leak.what else can we check for
That may be the fastest leak down test I have ever seen......Roy is talking about fan clutch, not if a fan is there.
