93 t100 loses power when eye turned to on

New battery and new connection still loses power when turned to on position

I think you mean when you turn the key to crank the engine is when you lose power? check all wiring at the starter,fuse box, and going to the starter for bare spots,loose connections,corrosion,may be shorting to ground,check all ground connections also.possible ignition switch is bad?
