1999 toyota solara sle v6 wont accelerate engine dies out

Hello, testing hands on with proper test equipment and referencing a shop manual is necessary to find out what is happening here. Too hard to tell without hands on testing. Could be related to a fuel, spark, air intake or exhaust problem.
