The headlights keep going out sometimes one does it then both turn lights off then back on already replaced both head lights once

I have already replaced both head lights and it still does it one side goes out turn of lights then turn lights back on and it comes back on then the other side does it I can't keep replacing bulbs at 70 dollars a bulb
