I have to jump my car every morning if it is below 40 degrees or if i dont drive it every day. Has a new battery and the alternater is fine. Once is starts, it will start again fine for the rest of the day. Help!!!

Check your starter relay. They sometimes freeze and make it so that your car doesnt get the starting power that it needs.
If it starts with a booster cable the problem is unlikely the starter relay. Get the battery checked while it's cold. I have seen many new batteries failed right off of the shelf. It also could be a parasitic load, the car won't go to sleep mode - meaning one or more consumers won't turn off and draining the battery to the point where is not enough amps left to crank your car. Sometimes it happens i.e.: the glove compartment is stuffed full and the cover won't be able to push the light switch all the way in. A good shop will be able to test your electrical system for parasitic load and trace it down to the component. There is no estimated time for electrical repairs, It will be a clock time. Zee
