How can I fix P1135 and P1155?

I have a check engine light for P1135 & P1155. I read both coming on at the same time is unlikey. I replaced the A/F Heater relay. The 25 fuse was alright. The light is still there. What can I do to fix this? Why is it coming on? 2001 Toyota Solara SLE

Hello, this code is for both banks sensor 1 -- I'd be looking at wiring that affects both sensors. It would be weird to have both sensors be failing. check wiring for damage, check to ensure they sensors are plugged in with the proper connectors. Any other history to be aware of? Any other work performed?

We looked at the grounds yesterday, everything looked okay. We might be missing something, we are going to look more today. As for any work near the engine, all I know is the timing belt and oil have been changed. We just bought the car. I replaced the a/f relay and the 25 fuse. We just replaced the resonator back because it was rusted. Any connections we should check? Is there a diagram?
