2001 toyota 3.0l overheating

What is your question?

I replaced the radiator and thermostat and fans cut on. Cold air blowing out when heater is on. No puddles and no kids of power

What makes this problem better or worse?

When the engine heats up.

How long has your 2001 Toyota Solara had this problem?
