Why my heater blows cold air in 2000 toyota solara?

Sounds like a possible climate control issue inside the vehicle. A series of controls and motors make the doors inside the plenum turn from hot air flow to cold air flow. If something is not working properly, it will stick and not operate properly. Get some testing in this area. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
