Any idea why my Bluetooth isn't completely working? My phone is paired and connected, can play music from my phone but when I make try to place a call through Bluetooth via the buttons on the steering wheel, it says call cannot be placed & on the screen says no phone selected. When I receive a call, it does not come through the Bluetooth. Tried deleting and re-pairing numerous times. Tried pairing my husbands phone and the same thing happened, so do not believe it is the phone itself. Any info would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Bluetooth concerns are 99% the handset and relationship between the software on the phone and the software on the car. The only thing you can do is this: Delete all phones from the vehicle. Delete your vehicle from your phone (this is the part most people do not do) Start over and re-pair. Every time your phone operating system updates, it creates a relationship conflict. Always delete and repair from both your vehicle and mobile device every time you have a software update on the phone. If this does not help, you likely have a software bug on the phone side. The car does not change. When Bluetooth in your vehicle fails -- it fails hard and does not work in any way.
