What is your question?
P0051 and P0031 are the codes that I got from my OBD2 reader but I took the mini van to a Toyota dealership and the diagnostic was the replace bank 1 sensor 1 (B1S1) and bank 2 sensor 1 (B2S1). I tested B2S1 and it seem good based on the result I got which was the same result that I got when testing the brand new B2S1 Denso sensor I bought. I replaced B2S1 despite the fact that I seemed good but I am still having the code P0051. The AF relay works well, so I was wondering if there is something else I should check and what's the procedure. Thanks.

According to the shop manual, an air / fuel fuse, air / fuel relay or wiring concern could be the cause of your concern. Since both banks are coding at the same time, I would be looking for common threads such as wiring or circuit protection.
Thank you DaveJM, I finally got a few minutes yesterday to go over the troubleshooting guide that I found on http://www.tsienna.net. As you DaveJM said it was not the sensors. I tested the continuity of the wires and it all was fine. I did not go over all the troubleshooting steps because I had to return to work but somehow when I put things back together everything was back to normal. No more codes in the system, no warning lights on. So I believe there was a bad connection somewhere and the fact that I messed around with these wires restored the connection which means it could well come back anytime. I have driven the car for a day so far and things are normal.
Fantastic news, yes, sometimes re-seating wiring connectors or disturbing them can restore continuity that has been lost. Fingers crossed the light stays off and the vehicle keeps running well!
