Hi! This is Bo with Car Genius at RepairPal! Those infotainment units can be finicky! Sounds like there's a possibility that the unit is on it's way out. Is the A/C still operational? You may have to take it to a dealer to get it checked out only because they may have a software update for it. Otherwise, it's replacing the unit.
