What is your question?
I went to dealership for an oil change and they told me the front wheel break pad is too thin and the break fluid level is low too. They recommend replace the break pad. Is this normal? I searched the internet and found out the pad should last about 100,000 miles. This is so big a difference.

There no such thing as 100,000 miles pads. It all depends on how each person drives. City driving will be less than highway driving. 37,000 is about average for brake pads. As brakes wear,it's normal for fluid to go low. Did they show you the brakes or did they just mention it? I have some customers come in and someone tells them they need brakes, but there only half worn. A lot of people will try to up sell work because there slow. Maybe get another opinion from another garage.
They didn't show me the pad. The guy told me it is in very bad condition and I agreed to let them do it. Now I know I should have got a second oppinion. Thanks.
