We have a 2005 Sienna with passenger-side power door. The power door works if operated from the door handle, but not from the remote buttons. It seems the latch that holds the door at either end doesn't release unless the handle is used. Our dealer quoted $1100 to fix because they have to take the door apart. My $10 fix of lubing the heck out of the lower door slider got the door to close remotely a few times, but victory was short-lived. Has anyone fixed this issue for < $1100?
