My defroster a/c and heater dont work.

What is your question?

Climate control "works" however the defroster a/c and heat don't work. I can turn them on but all I get is air not cold for a/c or hot for heat. also both front and rear defrosters don't defrost anything.

What makes this problem better or worse?

nothing
