Owners manual says Fuse 60 is for right side sliding door which is supposed to be located in the engine compartment. In this vehicle, per the diagram in the owners manual, the section that is supposed to contain Fuse 60 is contains no fuses and has a clear plastic cover over it.

Instrument panel junction box assembly located under the driver's side dash area is where the workshop manual seems to indicate the fuse for the sliding doors are. But - you've checked for power at the doors using a diagnostic tool? If you're not using a Toyota equivalent diagnostic tool with a body control interface, you're going to be spinning your wheels and have little chance at diagnostic success. It's like trying to fight a forest fire with a garden hose if you don't have the right tools. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
I was looking for an individual fuse for the right side door only. The left one works. I think it may be the fuse because the right side door door stopped working all at once. I don't have the Toyota tool. I use a multimeter. Does the fuse box on the drivers side under the dash have a dedicated fuse for the right side door? The owners manual showed fuses (59 and 60) for the individual doors in the engine compartment fuse box.
