What is your question?
we were told it needs a new computer board...will this fix the problem and the price is 1300.00 to fix it the van has 186000 miles. Is it worth fixing and can the cause of the van stalling be the computer? Is it common for the computer to go bad on the vans?

Not a common problem. Why did someone tell you to replace the computer? What is wrong with it?
My 2011 in the shop now for this same problem. Stalls out while driving. Toyota has had it in shop for 5 days and checked the computer and still can't figure it out. You world think the toyota service could figure out the problem and fix it
CK OIL PRESSURE... COULD BE SLUDGING PROBLEM LIKE MANY SIENNAS... WHEN OIL PRESSURE DROPS BELOW A CERTAIN LIMIT... IT CUTS OFF THE ENGINE. NOT SURE IF IT'S YOUR PROBLEM... BUT LOOK INTO IT IF NOT SOLVED YET. CHECK THIS ONE OUT: OMG! http://www.autosafety.org/toyota-deal-here-comes-the-sludge-judge-0
the van stops suddenly while being driven started last Thursday...dangerous. The van is at the dealership service department and the computer was the only thing that was found dysfunctional that could cause the van to suddenly stall.
We have the same issue. Code says coil packs, replaced them, then 5 other things came up replaced/fixed them all. One minute it's fine then it hiccups and stalls. Now we are told its a computer issue. We have an 04 XLE with 234k miles
sooo..they replaced the computer...on their test drive the van did not stall out but the check engine light went on. He is going to try putting another computer in and test drive again.
Hi, From a quick on-line survey (i.e., not based on my awareness), it seems that this sudden stopping in Sienna happened when timing belt (and possibly water pump) had an issue. Just thought I would pass that on - All the best and keep us posted what the findings were and if you are back on the road!
not in this case that has all been checked. The timing belt has already been replaced
