Hey, my name is Dusty, and I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team. I'm here to help! If the "door ajar" light in your Sienna won't turn off, it could be caused by a faulty position switch in the door latch or a failed courtesy switch. Try manually pressing and releasing each courtesy switch (it looks like a rubber cone in the door opening) to see if the light responds. If the issue persists, you'll need to replace the faulty switch. If the courtesy switches operate, lock all the doors, and attempt to open each door, the one that opens is at fault. Keep the remote close at hand: the anti-theft horn will likely activate. If the problem continues or you'd rather seek help from a professional to diagnose and fix it, give us a call! We'll help you find a RepairPal Certified shop in your area and answer any other questions. 877-913-1554
