What is your question?
I purchased this van at 114k and now has 122. So far I have had new front brakes, a rack and pinion and now a right front half shaft. Is there a reason why this vehicle always needs front end parts replaced? Is this typical? I am also noticing the shocks starting to make sounds once in a while. Also, replacing a half shaft.. should I expect to do the other sometime soon.. it blew the boot after I had heard some clicks when I was turning.

Some of those components would be typical at that age and mileage. Replacing half shafts in pairs is not a common practice. I have seen one fail and the other last for thousands of miles, so it is typically done on an as need basis.
Replace the shocks.
So the groaning is the shocks? If so what is the vibration? Is it the half shaft?
The rear brakes are drum brakes it is possible the noise is brake dust inside the drum or inferior quality brake linings, has someone inspected the rear brakes to see the brakes are functional and safe. It does sound like the shocks may be worn. These are great vans I wonder if this vehicle just had a hard life before you bought it. Have you records for previous service history and or a timing belt having been done. The vibration you mention, are the tires and rims in good condition. Tires in balance, rims in good order. The brake discs and drums may need to be checked for "true/run out".
Thank you for the feedback. This van seems to have had a hard life prior to me.
Ok, That is good news. Is it normal to have a shimy in the steering wheel as well going 25-45 with this issue. When going faster than 45 I just feel a little hesitation in the right tire. I also felt some vibration from the steering wheel when stopping and a little in my seat. I am also getting some groaning sounds from the rear when backing out of my driveway (on a mild sloap). I was told that is probably dust in my rear brakes or rotars or shocks? I am also feeling almost every bump from the front..is this typical with this van?
