My car will not turn back on after driving it. Lights and radio work

What is your question?

Just recently when i turn my car off and go to turn it back on, it wont turn over or crank. The lights and radio work fine. After letting it sit for some time(like maybe 5 hrs) it will turn back on and drive fine

What makes this problem better or worse?

Driving it for a while seems to make it stay shut off for a long time
