What is your question?
My brake lights won't work unless I have my headlights on. The 3rd brake light on the hatchback door does work all the time. Is there a fuse or something or is it electrical?

I'm assuming you mean that the brakelights work normally if the headlights are on. I've been looking at the electrical diagram for your car and I don't see any likely, logical way that would happen. There's a possibility that the taillights are feeding back through the brakelights and brakeswitch in combination with a blown brakelight fuse and a short to ground in the wiring. But that's kind of a wild possibility. I recommend you find an auto electric shop or a Toyota specialist to look at it.
