Overheating after flushing d hose

What is your question?

Pls help me my car have been overheating since 4 days ago. Av flushed d hose,radiator not leaking but still the same after driving like an hour or am in traffic. Please help me out as this is becoming unbearable for me. No noise or leak from the car

What makes this problem better or worse?

Whenever am in traffic or the weather is hot
