Intermittent clunk when putting the car in gear forward or backward
What is your question?
Intermittently, when first starting out after the car has been off for hours or a day or more, there is a loud clunk that seems to be coming from underneath the rear of the car. Once the steering was affected where the front end was vibrating around 45, but stopped after turning the car off. Restarting again produced a louder clunk, but it was able to be driven later without incident.
