with 97,000 miles does Sienna 2003 fuel injectors need cleaning? When does the spark plugs need to be replaced (originals still in) when is a tuneup needed? Van runs well except once it stalls when starting but ran fine after revving to 6k for a couple of seconds

Technically the injectors do not need to be cleaned there is no service interval for that. If you aren't having any issue and you run good top tier fuel I would worry about them. They can last the life of the car. Spark plugs should be done you are past due since they are due at 60,000 miles. This should all be in your owner's manual. Alex
