What could be making sound like paper in a bicycle spoke when I accelerate?

I hear this sound when I accelerate. Sounds like when you put paper in the spoke of a bicycle. Or, some sort of vibration noise.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Driving more. It’s happening more often as I drive more.

How long has your 2001 Toyota Sienna had this problem?
