Half of my dash is not lit, the clock stopped, the cabin and over head light off, and I don’t think the airbag works after having my car repaired to pass state inspection. Oh, and my locks don’t work, unless manually locked. What fuses do I need?

What is your question?

I think the mechanic did something to the fuses so the car would pass inspection. I’m a little scared. I was in an accident where a driver made a quick left turn in front of me and I didn’t have enough time to stop completely. My air bag didn’t work. Could that be a fuse,too? Do you think it is more serious and it is something with the electrical system?
