Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your Toyota Sienna. Based on the information you have provided it does sound like you may have a faulty door lock actuator. The door lock actuator is also part of the vehicles security system so it may be clicking due to a defect in it as well as sending false signals to the vehicles computers which in turn can cause the lights to blink as the computer may think the door is locked and opened at the same time which can falsely send a signal that someone is entering the vehicle with the door locked. The best way to check this is to have a high end fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicle data port that is able to read all computer signals to monitor the lock actuator signals. The cost to replace it can vary and may range anywhere from around $200 to over $300 in some cases. I recommend that a reputable repair facility performs the needed testing to pinpoint the concern so it can then be repaired properly from there.
