Rear DVD Unit

What is your question?

I am able to hear the sound of the DVD I am playing but am not able to see the picture on the rear monitor. The monitor is working and I see AM/FM/CD/DVD/VIDEO but I have pressed all the buttons on the remote and it won't change. I know the remote is working because it is turning the monitor on and off. Any ides?

sounds like the video input cable may have come loose.

I am able to see the main screen but with the remote I have I am not able to switch to DVD. I can hear the DVD playing. I am now trying to find out if I have the current remote. I don't know the model number of the remote I need.
