What is your question?
Hi I was driving my car the other day and made a right turn, when all of a sudden my car basically died I hit the gas and got nothing as I completed the turn with just enough acceleration I was able to hit the gas once more. Later that day I put a Code reader to check if any codes came up. Surely enough I got a Mass Airflow code and proceeded to buy a new sensor. Unfortunately this didnt resolve anything when I make only right turns my car looses gas power im leaning towards maybe there is a leak somewhere??

Hello, Check your engine mounts and intake air tube. It is very likely that the engine mounts are worn out, and the engine is shifting. For any number of reasons, turning right may create the perfect situation to create a significant intake air leak, pinch a fuel line, partially disconnect an electrical component, etc.
Yes but when I turn left nothing happens my car runs perfectly fine. Could mounts still be the cause?
Yes, it very well could be the case. It depends on which side the engine and transmission assembly rock towards. If rocking to the left when you make a right turn doesn't cause any malfunctions, no problem. However, if rocking to the right during a left turns causes problems, viola. This isn't a guarantee, but something I have seen more than a few times. Compare the difference between a 2mph left turn without pressing the throttle, and a normal left turn that would normally cause the problem. It will probably make a gentle left no problem because inertia is not pulling the engine hard to the right.
