What is your question?
Everytime I accelerate from a stop, it feels like a hard kick or jerk. This was fixed with greasing the drive shaft before but not any more.

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Your 2005 Toyota Sequoia’s hard jerk from a stop sounds like a bad habit; your drivetrain picked up again. Since greasing the driveshaft fixed it before, the likely culprit is the slip yoke on the driveshaft binding up. Over time, old grease can dry out or wear off, leaving it high and dry again—literally. First, check if the driveshaft slip yoke or U-joints need fresh grease. If the grease doesn’t solve it this time, you might be dealing with worn-out U-joints or even transmission or differential issues. These can mimic the symptoms of a sticky driveshaft. One last thought—if you’ve got a laggy shift when accelerating, your transmission might need a fluid change. Neglected transmission fluid can make things a little...kicky.
