I hear a rumbling noise when i press the breaks. Could this be my rotors?

No the rotors have not been resurfaced.

First start by getting the rotors resurfaced

My 2001 grand caravan makes same noise mainly when I am in drive and pressing on brakes. Also it squeels and makes loud noises like,that. Cant figure it out need help
