What is your question?
if I replace the front lower left ball joint

Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your 2002 Toyota Sequoia. If you are having the left front lower ball joint replaced I recommend having the front suspension inspected to see if any other joints, bushings, struts or shocks are in need of replacing as well as components like the sway bar links. If anything else is found in need of replacement they should be replaced as well. Keep in mind after any ball joint is replaced as well as many other suspension related components, an alignment will need to be performed to allow the vehicle to track properly down the road.
