What is your question?
I just bought a new Toyota Rav4 xle 2021 from two months ago. When I drove home in the morning I and I heard the radiator cap boiling and I opened the hood and I saw a few drops of coolant on the car's chassis. And at that time my thermometer was normal with no problems. Then when the engine cools I open the radiator cap and I see air coming out of the radiator cap. And now everything is normal, no more boiling radiator cap. I need help.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's worse when the engine is hot.
How long has your 2020 Toyota RAV4 had this problem?

Simply see your Toyota dealership with your concern. It's a new car. It has a warranty unless damage has occurred. You may have no problem, though, and what you're describing may be normal. Still, to get peace of mind, consult your local Toyota dealership.
