What is your question?
My 2017 Rav 4 is infrequently driven. It is parked on a 15 degree incline with the nose pointed up. The past 2 times I have filled the tank (until the gas pump clicks off - not overfilled), I drive it home approx. 2 miles, park it overnight, and in the morning notice a gas puddle on the driver's side rear end of the car. The first time this happened the entire driver's side rear wheel well was totally soaked. I towed it to the dealership the first time it happened. The second time it happened I drove it and although they couldn't replicate the actual leak, they determined that there was fuel that had leaked into the charcoal cannister. My car has 28,000 miles on it.
What makes this problem better or worse?
when I burn through some gas the problem goes away

Hello, you may have a leak at the top of the tank. You may have fuel coming out of an evaporative emission component. They should be able to vapor test the fuel tank and system to see if there is a potential for a leak. As a side note -- just don't fill it all the way perhaps? Leave it at 3/4 full unless you plan to drive it more? That would be a possible practical solution.
