Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Sorry to share, but most everything has some if not all of the items on your list. Turbocharged engines are the "normal" these days as automakers are forced to increase economy while maintaining power. Direct Injection is another way fuel is saved and consumed more efficiently. Engine start/stop - same thing. CVT transmissions are seen as the most efficient option in many cases. Air suspension - I believe many vehicles do not have this, so this shouldn't be the biggest concern.
