fob door lock doesn't work?

Hello, there is no relationship I can think of between a door lock and key fob and the performing of normal routine maintenance. Certainly see the folks that performed the service for guidance in case they may be aware of another performed service. It appears you may still be under factory warranty at least by time; perhaps consult a dealership for guidance if this is the case also (if the dealership is not where you serviced in the first place).
