At speeds 0f 35-45 noise from undercarriage , possible shudder

The car has been doing this for awhile. Toyota dealer said it was something loose Undercarriage. AnotherToyota dealer states it is the torque converter . Car runs fine otherwise just at that speed 35-45 mph. Probably occurs regularly
