Engine flutters when start the engine

Without more info would be very difficult to guess, may be as simple as a broken engine mount or a timing chain issue. Also a number of other powertrain issues could cause this. I would find a trusted shop on Repair Pal to properly test this, especially if a consistent issue. Before it potentially becomes worse. Good Lick Clint
