2011 RAV4 4x4 Front end Clunking/Grinding Noise when you get up to 40mph and up.

What is your question?

My Wife's 2011 RAV4 4x4 has a front end Clunking/Grinding Noise when you get up to 35-40mph plus. You can feel it in the driver side floorboard almost like someone is under there tapping on it. The steering wheel is fine, no shaking or looseness that I can tell. When I turn right it stops though. I was guessing a wheel bearing. Just sounds a lot worse than any bearing I've heard in the past, and that's making me second guess it.
