why it miss firers sometimes but only when in gear and when accelerating

What is your question?

I've changed the spark plugs, the coils, gas cap, new seals on fuel injectors, still it misfires when i accelerate from a stop light or when I need to get my speed up when getting on the freeway. I even changed the transmission fluid because it will not shift when it misfires what else can I look for to repair this problem? Thank you
