What is your question?
Check engine light on. Took it to Auto Zone to read the code. Came up faulty bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor. Replaced it and the engine light went off immediately. My son drove the car next day on a 2 hour highway trip and within an hour engine light came back on. Took it back to Auto Zone to read the code again. Same code: faulty bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor. What is my next step?

Good grief, another case of "Auto Zone" deceptive and false diagnostic testing. Please, everyone reading this, stop thinking you can take your vehicle to a parts store and figure out what is wrong with your car by retrieving diagnostic trouble codes alone. These stores offer this free service BECAUSE IT HELPS THEM SELL PARTS. Often times...most often...they are parts you DO NOT NEED. You've just wasted time and money and probably are causing further issues by continuing to drive your vehicle. There is no "free lunch". You do indeed get what you pay for. AND, furthermore, there is no diagnostic trouble code for any vehicle anywhere in world for "FAULTY BANK 1 SENSOR 2 O2 SENSOR". Diagnostic trouble codes will tell you what is happening -- lean codes, out of range codes, inconsistent codes -- but no "this part is bad" code. Your next step is to seek professional guidance from someone who makes a living as an expert in diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Think of the money and time you've already wasted, and consider stopping the wastefulness.
